Mrs. Nichol Czarzasty - School #3 Teacher of the YearCongratulations to Mrs. Czarzasty our 2024-2025 School #3 Teacher of the Year Mrs. Czarzasty has been teaching special education in Southampton for 24 years. She has taught all subjects from grades 3rd to 8th grade throughout her career here. Mrs. Czarzasty started her career at 21 years old in Southampton and has loved working here for the last 24 years. Our school district is a home away from home for her. She has watched her students grow from elementary and middle school students to successful adults and even have been privileged to now have some of her former students' children. The students and faculty of Southampton have truly become a family to Mrs. Czarzasty. She looks forward to coming to work every day. Her students bring smiles to her face as they grow and learn. Our faculty is the most welcoming and compassionate group of people she has ever been around. Mrs. Czarzasty feels blessed to have a long career in a district that she loves!

Mr. Joe DePaulo- School #2 Teacher of the YearCongratulations to Mr. DePaulo our 2024-2025 School #2 Teacher of the Year Mr. DePaulo has been in Southampton for 20 years, teaching for 18. What he likes about being in Southampton is the small town feel. The support & engagement of the families gives him a feeling of "Being Home". It's great making lifelong relationships with the students and their families.

Mrs. Brianna Allen- School #1 Teacher of the YearCongratulations to Mrs. Brianna Allen, our 2024-2025 School #1 Teacher of the Year This is Mrs. Allen's 21st year as an educator and her seventh year teaching in Southampton. Originally from upstate New York, she now resides in Tabernacle with her husband and 3 kids. As an animal lover, she shares her home with two cats and four dogs. Mrs. Allen holds a degree in Elementary Education, Psychology, and Special Education from Monmouth University. She loves teaching in the Southampton district because of its strong sense of community, supportive families, and the opportunity to work with such enthusiastic students.
