Parenting with Positive Discipline Workshop presented by Julianne Reilly, MSW, LICSW

Description: We all need a little extra parenting support these days! During this presentation, we will hear about how to support our children's social and emotional health during this unprecedented time and walk away with practical tools and strategies. We will explore disciplining with firmness AND kindness, help your children feel a sense of belonging and significance through mutual respect and encouragement, and find more joy in parenting.

Presenter: : Julianne is Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and skilled parent coach with over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents and families. Julianne is a former teacher, a current school counselor and her most important job is being "mom". Julianne has a passion for working with children and families, specifically supporting parents in navigating the many challenges that come along with raising children. Julianne has extensive experience working in schools and supporting children (and their parents) with learning challenges, ADHD, anxiety, behavioral challenges and other everyday challenges that arise. Julianne is a Certified Positive Discipline© Parent Educator and Certified Positive Discipline© Classroom Educator. Julianne offers workshops, support groups, and one-on-one consultation. She strongly believes that, with support and tools, families can work through obstacles and challenges and find joy in raising their children.
