Staff Evaluations



As part of the federal requirements for states receiving funding under Phase 2 of the State Fiscal Stabilization Funds Program, all school districts in New Jersey are providing information to the public on the procedures they use to evaluate teachers and principals. The information here will help you understand Southampton Township Public School District’s policies and procedures for evaluating certified staff. 

Our goal is to prepare all children to be successful students and citizens.  As aligned with the New Jersey Student Learning Standards, this includes educating students to read fluently, analyze and comprehend complex text, write clearly and purposefully, compute and think critically, collaborate with others, and engage in design-thinking to solve real-world problems.  Evaluation of our certified staff is an integral part of working towards this goal.
